Our customer support team has been hard at work developing an easier to use and more informative customer support website area. This redesigned feature of our website launched November 5, 2008.

In addition to the contact information and support request forms previously available, we have added answers to the most frequently asked questions put to us by our valued customers. Additions and updates to these questions will ongoing.

This new service continues our commitment to providing you with the most complete and up to date information available about CANIDAE All Natural Pet Food products. While our Customer Support Team is available during normal business hours at our offices in California, our website support is always available for instant answers to your most important questions.

This new support area is divided into several sections to help you quickly find the answer you need. The main section, "Questions About Our Pet Food," contains answers to the questions we hear the most. The "How to Contact Us" section details the many avenues we have created to keep the lines of communication open between our Support Team and our valued customers. Here you will find all of our phone numbers, support request forms, and mailing addresses in one convenient place.

Additional sections of the new Customer Support area include specific information about pet food safety and pet nutrition, and a special section designed just for breeders.
